HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I SCHEDULE MY MOVE?
We recommend as much prior notice as possible to your
desired move date. Our normal pickup time is 3 to 10
business from the date you tell us the vehicle is available.
If you have a special situation please call so we can
discuss your needs. |

HOW LONG WILL TRANSPORT TAKE?
Shipping times vary. Listed below are some basic ideas
that you may find helpful. Make sure you contact us
for actual scheduled times. East Coast to West Coast
7-10 days Midwest to either East or West Coast 5 - 8
days,North to South 5 - 8 days, Shorter routes 3 - 5
days. Pick up and delivery dates are not guaranteed. |

CAN I PUT PERSONAL ITEMS IN MY VEHICLE?
Most carriers do not carry cargo insurance therefore
your personal items are not covered in the event these
items are lost, stolen, damaged or cause damage to your
vehicle. You are safer to ship them through an accredited
shipping company that fully insures such items. If you
do choose to put personal items in your vehicle the
weight cannot exceed 100 pounds. |

WHAT IS DOOR TO DOOR DELIVERY?
Door to door means that the carrier will get as close
as physically possible to your requested pick up and
delivery locations providing it is accessible for their
transporter. If there are low hanging trees, narrow
streets, weight restrictions, etc… the driver will arrange
to meet you at a large parking lot, grocery store, etc.
with enough space to load/unload your vehicle. |

WILL MY VEHCILE BE PUT IN TERMINALS?
No. Vehicles stored in terminals may sit 2 to 3 weeks
awaiting a carrier assignment which is unnecessary for
you the customer. |

IS MY VEHICLE INSURED DURING TRANSPORT?
Yes. Carriers are required by law to carry a minimum
$750,000 general liability however, most carriers carry
$1,000,000. In addition Worry Free Transport requires
that each carrier's insurance agency supplies a certificate
of insurance naming Worry Free Transport, LLC. a certificate
holder. Any insurance deductible is paid by the carrier.
If damage is incurred we act as a liaison during the
settlement claim. |

HOW DO I PAY FOR TRANSPORT?
The deposit is paid at the time of booking your transport.
This may be done with any major Credit Card, PayPal,
money order or cashier's check. They can be mailed to
Worry Free Transport, LLC. 231 Starlight Lane Jackson,
MO 63755. The remaining balance is due COD to the carrier
at time of delivery either in the form of cash or cashiers
checks only. Carriers do not except credit cards or
personal checks. |

WHAT IF I AM NOT AVAILABE AT PICKUP AND/OR DELIVERY?
If for what ever reason you can not be at pick up and/or
delivery you must appoint a responsible person to act
on your behalf. You must provide us with this persons
name and phone number(s) so that we can be in touch
with them during the pick up and/or delivery. |

WHAT HAPPENS AT PICKUP?
The driver will normally call 10 - 24 hours in advance
of your pick up to arrange a meeting time. The driver
and person responsible for releasing the vehicle will
do a visual inspection. All pre-transport damage (scratches,
dents, etc.) will be noted on a bill of lading which
is signed by both the driver and releasing person. Driver
takes possession of vehicle. |

WHAT HAPPENS AT DELIVERY?
The driver will call 10 - 24 hours in advance to arrange
a time. The driver and the person responsible for receiving
the vehicle will do a visual inspection. Any damage
incurred during transit must be noted on the final bill
of lading which is signed by both driver and receiving
person. COD payment is paid to driver. |

WHAT IF MY VEHICLE IS DAMAGES?
Make sure driver understands the damage is new and
was not on the original bill of lading. Damage should
be clearly marked and noted on the final bill of lading
which must be signed by the driver and receiving person.
In most cases the driver will ask that you get an estimate
and they will send you a check within a couple of weeks.
If not, you need to contact their insurance company
to file a claim. |

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON PERSONAL PRIVACY?
Personal privacy is just as important to you, our client, as it is to
Worry Free Transport, LLC. Information collected includes contact names,
addresses, phone numbers, email addresses and deposit payment information
such as your credit or debit card number. We must collect these details to
complete the transport process, and will only utilize your information to
ship your vehicle. Worry Free will never use your submitted personal
information for any other purpose, and will not share with outside parties.
We are also committed to online security, and have put in place appropriate
electronic procedures to safeguard your information. If you would like to
